Founder and CEO

Tom loves to help businesses understand who their customers are, and why they buy. Tom helps BMG clients reach the right audience, with the right message, at the right time. The results? A growing marketing firm focused on exceptional service for clients, using every tool at our disposal.

A North Carolina native and graduate of East Carolina University, Tom’s experience includes a strong background in public relations and radio prior to the founding of BMG.

Marketing Associate

Whitney assists in the development, execution, and management of strategic marketing initiatives for BMG’s clients. Whitney is passionate about building strong relationships and keeps BMG clients on track to reach their goals.

Whitney grew up in Baltimore and traveled to North Carolina to receive her business degree from East Carolina University.

Susan Shapiro Haus

Senior Media Buyer

Susan plans, executes, and tracks all advertising buys for BMG clients. She brings over 12 years of media planning and buying experience to Baltimore Media Group.

Susan graduated from Towson University with a degree in Communications.

Gina Wright

Associate Web Designer

Gina loves to use her creativity to help differentiate our clients. She assists in the creation and development of our website designs, print advertisements, infographics, and more. Gina received her graphic design degree from York College of Pennsylvania and is excited to be the newest member of the growing BMG team.

Sarah Gelband

Production Associate/Editor

Sarah assists in all aspects of our video production process. From editing scripts and shooting on site, to post-production editing and final delivery, she makes sure we are providing the highest quality of videos for our clients. Sarah graduated from Goucher College with a degree in dance and is currently pursuing her passion for video in the master’s program for digital arts.
